I took a page from my own book. I messaged customer service, let them know how displeased I was, and told them, in essence, before they arbitrarily judge Coolchaser, to come to the site, use it, see what it is we do here, and to visit the forum. I recommended that they READ the posts helping people fix glitches in MySpace, and read posts that will let them know our opinions, good and bad about MySpace. If they actually do it, I will once again believe in miracles.

You may have already tried this, but if not, it might be worth a shot. Ask the powers that be at MySpace to do just that. Come here, make a theme and layout or two, see what it is we actually do here, visit the forum and check that out, too. Sheez. Those twits just automatically zap us because they don’t care to find out the truth. Let them see what WE think about their actions. If this continues, I may go strictly Yuwie or something.

That would probably be a code change, which I know nothing about. BTW, I am not staff, just a Coolchaser like yourself. Heathaaa, Sachiko or Chao will be along and help you out with that question. Sorry that I am no help on that one. Just wanted you to know, you are not being ignored, the staff will answer as soon as they are able.

Deadanbreathing, to manually install a layout, follow the directions in this link, then copy the code, go to your edit MySpace page. If you are currently using a Coolchaser layout, replace it with the code you copied, save it, check your profile, making sure you refresh first. Maybe that will work. I doubt it because it still requires you to get past the sign-in info page.
