hey there, nothing is happening when i click customize…

Sorry, we try to get to questions as fast as we can. I’m not ignoring you! :)

So, when you click on “Layout Editor” the customize tab should already come out on it’s own. If it doesn’t you might want to make sure you have javascript enabled in your browser. Here’s how from Google Help:

Also, if you are using Mozilla/Firefox you may want to try a different browser if you use a bunch of addon’s or extensions. You may have one or a combination of a few extensions that are not compatible with how our editor works.

ooh, that customize bar. you info helps me…to understand. btw, i use Firefox all the time. nothing bad happened. ty for the info anyways. Molov is thankful too… =)

I use FF too and I’ve never had a problem from my computer. But, I did notice that sometimes other people will have different FF add ons and will cause errors when you try to use the editor. I have no idea which one or if it’s a combination of add on’s, but it happens. So if FF doesn’t seem to work you can try disabling add ons until you find the one that was causing the error or just use a diff browser.
