Recreating the Mona Lisa using MS Paint

you know what… i he had to plan that thing out for 547 hours and 43 minutes and 31 seconds so he can get it right when he puts the video camera on. he was bored anyways. trust me on that one. lol

OMG! This is pretty amazing. And this person is using MS Paint! That cr@ppy software! LOL I mean even in Adobe Illustrator this is a huge deal. And that one has much more capability…

dont try it though. we got better things to do. lol

I know! When I saw it was MS Paint I was like whaaaat?!

I guess if you really know how to use all the features anything is possible. I’ve seen some very amazing things done in photoshop. That program is so hard for me to use too! But, I just don’t take the time to play with it enough either. I’d rather play Guitar Hero! haha!

Guitar Hero sucks! that my opinion. all you do is press buttons that are coming to kill you on the plastic guitar. Assassin’s Creed. now we’re talking!!! Waaaaaaaaaaaay better game. i haven’t played it though and i dont have an XBox 360. but based on the videos, it is hecka fun! =D

I have a Guitar hero and I LOVE the coop mode. Basically you can play with 2 people, one the lead guitar and one the bass. I always play the “hard” mode and my hubby the “easy” mode :D It’s sooo much fun. I reallly feel like a rockstar!

My other favorite games are the first Metal Gear Solid, Bio Hazard (Resident Evil), Onimusha (the second one) and FFVII! I’m interested in the new PSP FFVII crisis core.. http://www.crisiscore.com/ It’s AWESOME looking! Wow, I just saw a clip of Assassin’s Creed on youtube and looks pretty awesome too… kinda reminds me of Ninja Gaiden based in some Middle Easern country. But I suck at these games… I only watch my hubby play it. I like puzzle games too, like the brain age thingie. I love my DS! :)

OMG! My daughter LOVES Brainage! She is better than me! LOL

I am so addicted to Guitar Hero and Rock Band! GH3 is cool cuz you can battle Slash. I cannot beat him…but everyone else I know has! I’m going to need to start practicing while the girls are at school! haha! One of my friends downloaded the No Doubt package, so I love to go over there and play those songs! I LOVE Gwen Stefani! I go in between hard and medium though. Some songs, I just can’t pass on hard! Which is killing me on Rock Band because we are to the point where we have to play on hard or we don’t get any more fans!! I end up singing most of the time. My hubby always plays on expert. He is soooo good. I don’t even know how because he doesn’t have a lot of time to play! He’s like that with pretty much any game tho. He should have been one of those game testers! LOL

My hubby has a bunch of the fighting games for the 360 and PS3. Heavenly Sword, Gears of War, Halo, Bio Hazard…etc. I can’t play those types of games tho. I am so horrible at all the moving around and then trying to shoot people…it just doesn’t work out for me at all. I used to play Halo with him and his friends and they were always mean and killed me over and over! :P boys.

my favorite kinds of games are strategy, adventure, shooting, puzzle (Zelda only), and stealth (which would be Assassin’s Creed). =)

shooting games are better on computer cuz you can actually feel the target. same with racing games. i play racing games with a joystick. the trigger is brake and i got the throttle on the back so its really easy to use. =) strategy games are also best on computer the only problem with computers is that many computers dont meet all the requirements to play the games on full graphics with out lags or gliches. for video systems, its better for adventure games. i like Assassin’s Creed cuz everything and i mean everything is interactive every person looks different and has different personalities. Assassin’s Creed is the next generation of gaming experience. =D very nice! i like!

Back to the topic, in answer to Art or too much time on his hands, to me it’s obvious that it’s both, probably mostly the latter. But the artist does know a heckuva lot more about doing that sort of thing than I do, that’s for sure. <boseg>

LOL
Well, I think this particular artist specializes in art created in uncommon ways. He also has a video of creating a beautiful nature scene of a dear using barbecue sauce on a table cloth! LoL

I agree that he is an artist with way too much time on his hands! haha!

Avatar Kon 407 post(s)

yep, he’s an artist with tooooo much time to live. i find it boring though. imaging sitting there painting. it’s a waste of time, but people go off in awe.

i like the other topic better. it’s good when you switch to some good topic. it’s healthy for you. lol

Avatar Lost John 642 post(s)

To each his own. Nothing wrong with it, but you could also make it its own topic, if ya had a hankerin’ to. Just a matter of preference or choice, all is kewl.

going from topic to topic is better. you dont have to start a new one and its more interesting that way. =)
